Data Deletion Instructions

You are in control of your data in PostMind AI. This page explains how to remove it, whether you want to disconnect a single social media account or delete everything permanently.

Option 1 — Disconnect a Social Media Account

Use this if you simply want PostMind AI to stop having access to a connected platform.

Log in to PostMind AI.
Go to the Link Accounts page.
Click Unlink Account on the platform you want to disconnect.

This immediately and permanently deletes the access tokens, profile details and Page details we hold for that platform. PostMind AI loses all ability to publish on your behalf straight away.

Option 2 — Remove Access from Facebook

You can also revoke our access directly from Facebook:

Open Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
Select Apps and Websites.
Find PostMind AI and click Remove.

This revokes the permissions you granted. To also erase the data already stored in PostMind AI, follow Option 1 or Option 3.

Option 3 — Delete Your Account and All Data

To have your PostMind AI account and every piece of associated data permanently erased, email us:

Subject: Data Deletion Request
Include: the email address registered with your PostMind AI account

We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, then confirm by email once it is done.

What Gets Deleted

A full account deletion permanently removes:

Your account details — username, email address and password hash
All connected social media data — access tokens, platform user IDs, names, email addresses, profile pictures, and Facebook Page IDs, names and tokens
All content you created — captions, AI prompts, generated images and uploaded media files
Your entire posting history, including scheduled and failed posts
Your AI usage records

Nothing is retained after deletion except where we are required by law to keep it.

Important: Already-Published Posts

Deleting your PostMind AI data does not remove posts that have already been published to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or X. Those posts live on the platform itself and must be deleted there directly.
